Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heatwave76 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of Susan.

Our total liability in connection with the service shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and Cookies

Your use of Susan is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

By using Susan, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review those policies.
